If you foot has a tendency of dropping off the standard fitness pedals, then the Special Pedal from LEMCO might help you.
Velcro straps is mounted on the pedals for fixation of the foot during exercises.
The pedals are designed for indoor use, but will probably work for outdoor use in dry weather.
