\n<\/b><\/span>LEMCO is a danish company dedicated to help people with various mobility challenges. The company was founded in 1983. Below you find the trade conditions for making online purchases at lemco.eu\/en<\/span><\/a>which is the property of:<\/span><\/p>\n

Terms for shopping<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/b><\/span>Placing orders and the conclusion of an agreement for the purchase and delivery of goods at Lemco.dk assumes that you are +18 years old .<\/span><\/p>\n

On Lemco.dk you can order and purchase various solutions. If you have questions for our solutions, we would love to help you.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you shop at this site, agreements made is a subject under Danish law. The agreement is subject to the condition that the executed payment will be finally approved. If you do not receive an order confirmation, we encourage you to contact us as this may be due to technical errors.<\/span><\/p>\n

In order for us to complete your order, it\u2019s necessary for us, that you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/b><\/span>You may pay using following payment cards (VISA\/ VISA electron and MasterCard\/Maestro) – we do invoice government and companies within Europe by agreement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you pay by debit or credit card, your card information is sent from Lemco.eu\/en to NETS (TELLER) via a secure, encrypted SSL connection. This is done in collaboration with Quickpay, which complies with all applicable safety regulations on handling credit card information. The amount corresponding to the value of your order is reserved on your payment card when your order is placed.<\/span><\/p>\n

We withdraw the reserved amount from your credit card when your goods are dispatched. There will never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved. The total purchase price stated in the order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Freight and Delivery<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/b><\/span>Our prices excludes freight cost in most cases. Some items are of an weight or odd size, freight is added at checkout.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We will process your order as soon as possible. For orders placed from outside Denmark, we will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Normally you will receive the goods ordered within 10 days after we dispatched the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

You undertake to ensure that your order can be delivered to the desired address and that you or someone else who is eligible to receive the goods, accept the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

By the wish that the package can be delivered at the desired address without any persons to receive the package, we would like to point out that neither the freight company or LEMCO is liable for damages in case of theft or other incidents, where unwanted third party persons, steals or damages the package after it has been delivered to the desired address.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Rights to return<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/b><\/span>You have the right to withdraw the purchase of goods on Lemco.dk<\/span><\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.<\/span><\/p>\n

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a specified third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires the physical possession of the products. Before the end of this 14 days period you shall notify us, that you will exercise your right of cancellation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that, you must pay the cost of returning the goods. Lemco has good rates and can help you to find a suitable carrier. You can also cancel by refusing to accept it. If you do this, you must also remember that you must give us notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the time that we are notified, you have 14 days to return the products to a specified return address. The address is dependent of the type of product and will be stated after we have received your notification regarding your withdrawal, due to our various shipping locations.\u00a0<\/span>It is enough, that by the deadline the product \/ goods are handled over to a company that has undertaken it to forward it to us. If you want proof that you have sent the product back in time, send the product in a way, that ensures you to get a receipt.<\/p>\n

We require that the products are returned in the same condition and quantity as it was received. If the product has been damaged during this period, only a part of the total amount originally payed will be refunded equal to what LEMCO believes that the product is worth in a resale.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the original packaging in some cases may represent a significant portion of the product value, it may mean that the product can not be deemed to be returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. Therefore always remember to save the packaging, until you are sure that you will keep the product. Do not affixing of stickers or write on the original packaging. Pack in newspapers or cardboard . Labels must be placed on the shipping carton.<\/span><\/p>\n

For any guidance as to how the product will safely come back to us, please contact us .<\/span><\/p>\n

Since the withdrawal means that you regret your purchase, the price will be refunded and will be transferred to your payment card. It happens as soon as we have received the product and have verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal. Please n<\/span>ote We do not accept packages sent by COD or similar .<\/p>\n

Warranty<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/b><\/span>When you as a individuals shop at Lemco.dk you have a 2 year warranty right in accordance with the purchase act .<\/span><\/p>\n

If the complaint is justified the item will be repaired or replaced, or you get a price reduction or refund depending on the specific situation. Of course it is a requirement that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior. You should always claim within a reasonable time after you have discovered a possible defect in the product. If a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is considered timely.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When you return the product, please clearly state what is advertised above.\u00a0<\/span>Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging and be sure to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs if your claim is justified.<\/p>\n
